We’re looking for someone with:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills to positively promote our impact & vision
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Understanding of marketing and sales strategies & able to generate innovative content
• Comfort with technology, including donor management systems
• Interpersonal and presentation skills
• Knowledge of nonprofits and regulations surrounding donations
• Creative thinking with a clear, attainable vision of fundraising strategies to attain our goals
• Networking skills and access to numerous connections
• Team builder, able to motivate & utilise each team member to their full potential to thrive while meeting the needs of our community
