Responsibilities:

• Staff our booth at festivals and events, creating an inviting and engaging atmosphere for attendees.
• Handle customer transactions using Square, ensuring a smooth and friendly checkout experience.
• Interact with festival-goers, share our mission, and spread the word about the incredible work we’re doing for cats!

What You’ll Bring:

• The ability to stay energized and positive while being outside for 3-4 hours.
• Top-notch customer service skills that make people feel welcome and appreciated.
• Previous retail experience to confidently manage sales and transactions.
• A genuine passion for animal welfare and a commitment to spreading education and awareness.
