Recruiting Organization: Monkton Wyld Court

Monkton Wyld Court is seeking a coordinator to help maintain and manage the grounds. This position comes with accommodation, all meals, and monthly wage.

Hours are 9-5pm, 5 days a week with 2 days off.

Duties Include:

• Manage firewood supply
• Investigate alternative and sustainable energy supplies and sources
• Work with volunteers and be able to prioritise, delegate, explain and oversee jobs as necessary
• Ensure Health and Safety guidelines are adhered to
• Maintain and improve the grounds and flower borders of the estate including keeping shrubs and trees in check and pruning as necessary
• Manage woodland
• Mowing of lawns and grassed areas
• Making sure all paths are walkable and accessible
• Manage and care for all tools and implements
• Carry out other necessary duties and cover other roles as required from time to time and participate in shared community tasks
