Womenful Voice is seeking an Outreach Specialist to enhance community engagement and build partnerships. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a passion for advocating for women's issues.

Roles & Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute outreach strategies to engage potential donors and sponsors.
2. Cultivate relationships with individuals, businesses, and community partners to increase
funding.
3. Organize and promote fundraising campaigns, events, and donor engagement initiatives.
4. Craft compelling fundraising materials, including emails, social media content, and grant
proposals.
5. Research and identify new funding opportunities, including corporate sponsorships and
grants.
6. Track and analyze fundraising data to optimize outreach strategies.
7. Represent the organization at networking events, community gatherings, and donor
meetings as needed and possible.

Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in fundraising, sales, marketing, or community outreach.
2. Strong communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skills.
3. Ability to develop and implement creative fundraising campaigns.
4. Experience using CRM tools and fundraising software (preferred).
5. Passion for the organization’s mission and the ability to inspire others to give.
6. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently or in a team.
