The Rittenhouse Square Fine Art Show is currently seeking volunteers for our June 2025 show. Located in downtown Philadelphia at 18th & walnut, Rittenhouse Square park is one of the most beautiful and beloved parks in the city. Show dates are June 6th-June 8th with a setup day of Thursday June 5th. This is a rain or shine event.
We have a place for you!
By volunteering at our show you will have a one of a kind experience interacting with the artists and their amazing work. A typical shift is 3-4 hours. Duties may include help with setup, info booth sitting, community art tent, artists booth sitting, program & snack distribution or break down. You will not be assigned a task that you are not comfortable with. Volunteers are the backbone of our organization. We appreciate ANY time you can give us.

This is a perfect opportunity for service hours for you or your group. We welcome high school, college, school clubs and other organizations to help us run a smooth and successful event. Description
The Rittenhouse Square Fine Art show is the oldest outdoor fine art show in the country. We have over 140 critically acclaimed artists exhibiting in six different categories: oils and acrylics, drawing and pastels, mixed media, printmaking, sculpture & watercolor.
We have student artists exhibiting in the center along with community outreach groups.
The show surrounds the perimeter of Historic Rittenhouse Square, one of the oldest and most beautiful city parks in the country.
We are an artist run board-all of whom are active exhibitors. We are completely dependent on the kindness and generosity of volunteers
