Mission Statement

We are building a World where everyone can lead with their Spirit, shape a better Future, reimagine Life, and live beyond common Limitations.

Description

We mentor and support men in minority categories who are current and/or formerly incarcerated! Our vision emphasizes connecting with their Spirituality, Personal Development, and creating Job Opportunities for themselves through Entrepreneurship. We provide services in a one-on-one and a classroom instructional format. We strategically align with other Non-Profits focused on lowering recidivism rates and limiting the Prison Industrial Complex System. Furthermore, we provide consultation to organizations and/or support ideas designed to reduce Mass Incarceration worldwide.

Our mentorship model Target Market is Males with active court cases in the Los Angeles County Jail. They are primarily current or former gang members, in addition to others who are charged with low-level criminal offenses. Our 3-point approach addresses the deficit of Social Capital, the lost connection of Familial Capital, and the non-existence of Aspirational Capital. Through one-on-one personal appointments, we build rapport and offer maturation guidance to improve emotional intelligence. We utilize personal development plans and the structuring of vision plans for participants who show a desire for Leadership. We engage family support systems and social networks that add value to the completion of the plan. Our lecture series instructs participants to focus on Self-determination by learning and enacting basic business concepts and principles.
