Age Well Senior Services is looking for one dedicated and physically capable volunteer to assist with essential tasks at our food pantry in San Clemente. Your help ensures we can continue providing vital food resources to our neighbors in need.

The Role:

We need assistance specifically with tasks that require heavy lifting. Your responsibilities will include:

• Unloading food deliveries.
• Carrying boxes and crates of food items.
• Stocking pantry shelves.
• Organizing inventory.

Crucial Requirement: This position requires the ability to safely lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.

Schedule:

We need help promptly at 9:00 am on the following days each month:

• First Monday of the month
• Third Monday of the month
• First Wednesday of the month
• Third Wednesday of the month

(Shifts typically last 2-3 hours, depending on delivery size and tasks)

We are looking for someone who is:

• Reliable, punctual, and committed to the schedule.
• Physically able to meet the lifting requirements safely.
• Able to work efficiently and follow directions.
• Passionate about helping the community.
