The Victory Bridge Foundation is seeking a passionate, creative, and detail-oriented Email Campaign Manager to lead and execute our email marketing strategy for the Rewrite the Narrative campaign.

This national initiative aims to reshape public perception of mental health and PTSD, bridge the military-civilian divide, and foster cross-industry collaboration-bringing together veterans, first responders, and voices from the creative arts, entertainment, media, policy, and business to drive awareness, advocacy, and accountability through storytelling and education.

As our Email Campaign Manager, you'll play a critical role in connecting with our core audience segments through compelling, purpose-driven email content. You'll develop email series, help manage campaign calendars, and optimize performance to ensure every message educates, inspires, and activates.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute email marketing strategies aligned with campaign objectives

  • Write and edit persuasive, impactful email copy tailored to different audience segments

  • Maintain email lists using our CRM/email platform (drag and drop email editing)

  • Schedule and deploy campaigns, and ensure timely delivery

  • Collaborate with the social media, content, and creative teams for cohesive messaging
