We are looking to add a weekly, in-office, volunteer to assist our team with much some needed administrative support. Volunteer administrative support equips the whole team to carry out excellent care to our patients.
This individual must have basic skills in writing, typing, and must be able to follow basic instructions and seek help when needed. Abundant training and hands-on learning will take place before this individual would be expected to carry out administrative support tasks.
Administrative tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Writing encouragement cards to patients
- Stuffing, addressing, and mailing envelopes
- Making guided support calls to bereaved individuals
- Assembling patient admission packets
- Filing paperwork
- Unboxing medical supplies
