Are you passionate about fashion, events, and creating impactful experiences? Black Fashion World Foundation is seeking a dedicated Event Planner/Marketing Rep to assist in executing and directing Black Fashion Career Day.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet attendees and provide a welcoming experience.
  • Escort and offer hospitality to influencers and special guests.
  • Ensure the Run of Show is executed seamlessly.
  • Handle any last-minute event issues in alignment with the founder's vision.
  • Communicate with the event production team to bring the founder’s vision to life.
  • Assist with event setup and logistics.
  • Oversee vendor deliveries and ensure placements are correct.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Highly organized and adaptable.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Passionate about fashion and event planning.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
