As a companion in hospice, you will provide emotional support to the patient and/or family, whether by visiting with the patient and family or just being a listening ear. You may also read with them, listen to music, do puzzles, arts and crafts, or whatever they may enjoy.

Description

Passages Hospice provides care, comfort and support for people with serious or life-limiting illnesses. We focus on improving quality of life and dignity for patients and their families. Our volunteer organization is a group dedicated to providing compassionate companionship and emotional support to our patients and their families. Our volunteers may also contribute to administrative tasks and community outreach efforts.
