Guardian's Embrace is seeking a detail-oriented, strategic, and innovative Business Analyst to evaluate and optimize all technological platforms and applications utilized by ministries, churches, and non-profit organizations. This role will focus on creating a comprehensive technology scaling plan to support the organization's mission, ensuring effective and efficient use of digital tools for growth and impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluation of Existing Platforms: Assess and analyze the current technology stack (including platforms, applications, and tools) used by Guardian's Embrace and its affiliated ministries and non-profits.
Strategic Technology Scaling: Develop a clear and actionable technology scaling plan that outlines necessary upgrades, integrations, or changes to improve operational efficiency and outreach capabilities.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Interface with internal teams, ministry leaders, church representatives, and non-profit partners to understand their unique needs, challenges, and goals in relation to technology use.
Vendor Management: Liaise with technology vendors and service providers to ensure that platforms and applications are aligned with the scaling plan and that service-level agreements (SLAs) are met.
Training and Support: Provide guidance and support to staff and partners regarding best practices for using technology tools effectively, including training for onboarding new technologies.
Monitoring & Reporting: Continuously monitor the performance and usage of implemented solutions, providing regular reports on technology efficacy and areas for improvement.
Documentation & Analysis: Maintain thorough documentation of all technology platforms, processes, and improvements, ensuring transparency and clarity for all stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in business analysis, particularly in the context of technology solutions for ministries, churches, or non-profits.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and software tools.
Experience in evaluating and implementing digital platforms for non-profit organizations or faith-based ministries.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to identify gaps in current systems and propose innovative solutions.
Familiarity with CRM systems, donation management tools, event management platforms, and church management software.
