We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Volunteer to support our team in various administrative and event preparation tasks. This volunteer position will provide essential support in the day-to-day operations of the organization, while also contributing to the successful planning and execution of our upcoming gala event.
Responsibilities:
Assist with general administrative/reception tasks such as checking patients in, answering phone calls, data entry, filing, and organizing documents.
Help manage and update event planning materials, including guest lists, invitations, and event schedules.
Support communication efforts by responding to emails, making phone calls, or coordinating with vendors and partners as needed.
Assist with the preparation and setup of materials for the gala event, such as programs, signage, and event decorations.
Provide on-the-day support for the gala event, ensuring that all administrative aspects run smoothly.
Assist with post-event tasks such as thank-you notes and event reporting.

Our non-profit organization concentrates on helping underrepresented communities maximize access to mental health care and wellness. The awareness of mental health issues is important to facilitate treatment. La Concordia’s goal is to help address the issues related to limited access to mental health care due to systemic and structural complexities.
La Concordia believes in working on gaining the trust of our clients by helping break the language barriers and providing therapy in different languages. Studies show that the brain connects better to emotions in the client’s primary language.
