Enjoy fresh air, laughter, and friendly competition at our Outdoor Games event! We are looking for volunteers to help host an engaging and active experience where residents can come together, participate in games, and enjoy the beautiful outdoors.

As a volunteer, you will:

  • Assist in setting up and organizing the event space
  • Help facilitate games and encourage participation
  • Support residents in joining activities at their comfort level
  • Keep the energy upbeat and create a fun, inclusive atmosphere
  • Foster connections and make joyful memories together

No prior experience is needed - just bring a positive attitude and enthusiasm for making the day enjoyable for everyone!

Byron Wellness Community is a non-profit organization providing compassionate care for individuals with complex medical, psychiatric, or developmental conditions. We offer long-term care, skilled nursing, memory care, physical and occupational therapy, and Licensed Assisted Living at Miller’s Place. Our specialized programs, including secured memory care neighborhoods and therapies like Cognitive Pathway Strategies and Horticulture Therapy, support residents with conditions such as dementia, mental illness, and intellectual disabilities. With a skilled, compassionate team, we strive to create a culture of inclusion, dignity, and innovative care.
