Womenful Voice is seeking a passionate and creative volunteer Social Media Specialist to help amplify our mission and connect with our community. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media dynamics and a knack for creating engaging content that resonates with our audience. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to empowering women's voices and to gain valuable experience in digital marketing and community engagement.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

2. Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).

3. Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media in a timely and professional manner.

4. Analyze social media metrics to measure success and adjust strategies accordingly.

5. Collaborate with the team to align social media content with ongoing campaigns and events.

6. Research and stay updated on social media trends and best practices to enhance effectiveness.

7. Assist in creating visual content, such as graphics and videos, for social media posts.

8. Support the organization’s mission by promoting activities, events, and initiatives through social media channels.

9. Engage with followers and build a community around the organization's values and goals.

10. Prepare regular reports on social media performance and growth for team review.
