Silverado Hospice is in search of US Veterans to be our guest of honor, and help us in thanking our Veterans who served our country courageously. The volunteer would thank the resident, give them resident a pin, certificate of gratitude and salute the Veteran.
Ongoing Volunteer opportunity:
Our Vet to Bet volunteer would offer companionship to other US Veterans who are entering the final stages of life on hospice. Veterans can offer a friendship to another Vet Brother or Sister. Theses visits would take place where ever the veteran lives, private home, assisted living community or skilled nursing home.
