As a Tuck-In Phone Call Volunteer, you play a vital role in ensuring our hospice patients and their families have the support they need before the weekend. Each week, you will call patients and caregivers to check on their well-being, confirm they have necessary medications and supplies, and offer reassurance and companionship.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

*Make scheduled phone calls to patients and caregivers, typically on Thursdays or Fridays.

*Assess non-medical needs, such as supplies or emotional support, and report concerns to the care team.

If you enjoy talking with others on the phone and are comfortable making phone calls, we have a great opportunity for you! If this sounds like something you are interested in doing as a volunteer, please reach out to us!
