Our hospice agency is seeking a Volunteer Coordinator to join our team. As the Volunteer Coordinator, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and supporting a team of compassionate and dedicated volunteers who provide essential support to our patients and their families. Responsibilities:

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience coordinating and training volunteers
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience working with hospice patients and families preferred
