Do you want to help keep our community clean and protect the environment? We need your help at a Washtenaw County Cleanup Day!
Cleanup Day events provide an opportunity for residents to safely dispose of and recycle many household items including electronics, household hazardous waste, bulky waste, appliances, and scrap tires. Volunteers help by either directing event attendees to the correct stations or helping to unload electronics from residents’ vehicles. Learn more about Cleanup Days at washtenaw.org/cleanup.
Food, drinks, and a t-shirt are provided for all volunteers. Long pants and closed-toe shoes are required.
You will receive more information and a volunteer waiver in a confirmation email after you sign up.
