Would you like to make an impact in someone's life? Three Oaks Hospice is currently looking for compassionate people to help make a difference in our indivisiual's lives. Being a volunteer is very rewarding.
Companion visitors can bring their talents and compassions to our indidivuals by participating in various activities as:
*Reminiscencing/Listening to indidivuals share their life journey
*Reading to patients
*Singing to patients
*Engaging with patient interests/hobbies
*Clerical/Office Tasks
*Office Mailings
*Patient weekly Tuck-Ins
*General Phone Calls
*Memorial Service for families of patients we have lost
*Pet Therapy

By providing care in the the comfort of where our patients call home, we create a serene environment where caregivers are comforted knowing their family member is in a familiar environment. Our team works closely with you to ensure that the needs of the patient and family are being met during a difficult time.

Three Oaks Hospice serves the following counties: Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver, Butler, Lawrence, Mercer, Washington, and Westmoreland.
Three Oaks Hospice core goals resolve around providing comprehensive, compassionate, and patient-centered care, focusing on comfort, dignity, and quality of life for individuals with life-limiting illnesses and their families. They achieve this through a team of skilled professionals and trained volunteers, offering a wide range of services including pain management, nursing care, counseling and bereavement support.
