We are Mentor A Promise, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing educational learning, social-emotional learning and mentorship to students experiencing housing challenges and homelessness in NYC.

Our Educational Design Director will be responsible for coordinating the physical, social, emotional, cognitive, and language development of our students through high-quality educational services.

• Provide consistent supervision and management for all aspects of high quality program services delivery to our students
• Track and report information documenting utilization of programs and outcomes
• Manage and coordinate curricula with staff
• Manage and support our Mentors and promote their professional development
• Develop partnerships with community organizations to develop a wide range of activities for our students
