Veterans are prioritized for matches with other Vets for support and discussion. Spend the afternoon talking about military experiences with each other - the good, the bad, and yes, the ugly. These discussions can take you wherever the patient wants to go.

Mission Statement
Mission Statement: Our Mission is to provide the highest quality of care and customer service to our patients, their families, and our referring sources. We believe that exceptional clinical care must include clear communication, a commitment to exceeding customer expectations, and a dedication to deliver services with passion and integrity. We are committed to maintaining a team comprised of the most talented and compassionate professionals in the industry. As our greatest asset, our team supports each other, takes ownership of their duties, and continually seeks to enhance their personal character and education. Suncrest will reach its goals under the direction of leaders who seek to serve, an office staff that supports, and a philosophy that growth is only achieved through the greatest efforts of the entire team.
Description
Suncrest Hospice provides care and support to patients who are terminally ill, their families, and loved ones. The majority of hospice patients are cared for in their own homes or the homes of a loved one. "Home" may also include services provided in nursing homes, assisted living centers, hospitals, or wherever the patient considers home. Our clinical team is compromised of specially trained physicians, registered nurses, social workers, chaplains, certified nursing assistants and volunteers.
Volunteers can participate in everything from a variety of patient visits to administrate support. Any and all gifts, passions and hobbies can be woven into the care and support of Suncrest hospice, the patients, and families. Music and art therapies, photography, massage and reiki, legacy and storytelling, pet support, office support, filing, data entry, and so much more.
The Suncrest Cleveland location includes volunteer opportunities in the Greater Cleveland area that consists of Cuyahoga, Summit, Medina, Lake, Lorain, and Portage counties.
