Companionship and Visitation Volunteer
ORGANIZATION: Suncrest Hospice
Please visit the new page to apply.

A patient’s interests, awareness and abilities may fluctuate from day-to-day, so even when an activity might have been planned, a visiting companionship volunteer can assess that it may be best on a particular day to just spend a couple of hours being present with the patient. Whether in lively discussion or just sitting together quietly, our patients report the opportunity to have a visitation volunteer matched with them as one of their most cherished monthly visitors.
