Safety Brief:

1. Wear gloves.

2. Use the trash picker.

3. Only pick up trash that you see on the surface of the landscape. Do not dig through leaf litter.

4. Do not pick up clothes, diapers, condoms, broken glass, needles, etc.

5. Please be aware of Canada Geese. They may be nesting now and will protect their eggs. They will

chase humans and can become violent if you happen upon them. If you see Canada Geese in your zone,

Slowly back away. Don't act hostile and don’t turn your back, or stop looking at the goose. Using your

peripheral vision be aware of obstacles in your pathways. Please report any sightings to park staff.

6. Please report any needles to park staff.

7. A map with clean-up zones has been provided. Please check with park staff for zone assignments
