Ada ITW es una organización sin fines de lucro que desde el año 2018 capacita a mujeres en tecnología con el objetivo de reducir la brecha de género y asesorarlas en su proceso de inserción laboral del sector TI en América Latina y el mundo.
En esta oportunidad, nos encontramos en búsqueda de un Voluntari@ Mentor/a de Empleabilidad para dar apoyo al área de Inserción laboral. Quien ocupe el rol tendrá a cargo las siguientes tareas.
- Sesiones 1:1 con las egresadas.
- Feedback CV y perfil de Linkedin.
- Simulacros de entrevista.
- Apoyo en tareas operativas a la Líder de Inserción Laboral.
Requisitos deseables:
- Estudiante o recién graduad@ de carreras de Psicología o RRHH.
- Conocimiento en perfiles del sector TI.
- Conocimiento sobre procesos de selección y el mercado laboral en general.
Condiciones:
- Carga horaria semanal: 10 horas.
- Modalidad 100% remoto.
- Duración del contrato: 3 meses con posibilidad de extensión a 3 meses más.
