We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Assistance Service Team (FAST) volunteer to assist with reviewing and verifying data entered into our database. This role is essential to ensuring our records are accurate and up to date, supporting our mission and daily operations.

Training will be completed in person. Once trained, volunteers can complete duties remotely or at our Fairfax office location.

Time Commitment: 4-6 hours a week, anytime between 10-2pm, Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities:

• Review data entries into Civi (Britepaths’ database) for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify and correct errors or flag them for follow-up.
• Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information.

Skills and Abilities:

• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Previous experience working with a database
• Attention to detail
• Be reliable and can work independently
