Position: Fundraising Planning Coordinator (Remote & Flexible)

Overview:

We are looking for a friendly and organized individual to help develop a simple, practical plan for increasing donations to support ​Restoration Diversion Services This role is remote and flexible, allowing you to work on your own schedule. You will not be responsible for direct donor outreach-instead, you will focus on brainstorming and organizing ideas to make the donation process easier and more effective. ​ This is a low-pressure, flexible role that allows you to contribute in a meaningful way without overwhelming expectations.

We provide all the support and resources you need!You will work closely with a supportive team that already understands the organization’s mission and donor base. They will provide guidance, resources, and help every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities:

* Help create a simple, structured plan to encourage more donations.

* Suggest easy ways to improve donor outreach using our existing database.

* Assist in organizing ideas for fundraising events, campaigns, or digital outreach.

* Provide input on messaging and strategies to engage potential donors.

* Offer recommendations for follow-up processes to keep donors engaged.

* Strong communication and teamwork skills.

* No prior fundraising experience is necessary-just a willingness to learn!
