Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning:
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing and communications strategies.
      • Identify target audiences and develop tailored messaging.

        • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote the organization's mission and programs.
        • Develop and manage marketing budgets. Content Creation and Management:
          • Create compelling and engaging content for various channels, including social media, email, website, and print materials.
          • Develop and manage social media presence and engagement.
          • Write and edit newsletters, blog posts, press releases, and other marketing materials.
          • Ensure brand consistency across all communications.
      • Campaign Execution:
        • Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, and events.
        • Track and analyze campaign performance to measure effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
        • Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies.
      • Fundraising Support:
        • Develop and implement marketing strategies to support fundraising efforts, such as donor acquisition and retention.
        • Create compelling narratives and stories to inspire donations.
      • Stakeholder Engagement:
        • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, volunteers, and community partners.
        • Represent the organization at events and conferences.
      • Analytics and Reporting:
        • Monitor and analyze marketing performance using relevant tools and metrics.
        • Prepare regular reports on marketing activities and results.
      Skills and Qualifications:
      • Strong writing and communication skills.
      • Experience in social media management and digital marketing.
      • Knowledge of marketing principles and best practices.
      • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
      • Strong organizational and project management skills.
      • Experience with CRM and email marketing platforms.
      • Passion for the mission and values of the non-profit organization.
