My name is Jillian Eiseman and I am the testing coordinator/instructional coach at San Pablo Elementary. During the month of May, we have state testing that occurs and we are required to have test administrators (the teachers) and proctors (volunteers who are trained by myself). In the past testing has taken a significant amount of the month, because we do not have enough proctors. However, if we had more proctors, we would be able to complete more test sessions in the same day and not have to spread it out over the entire month.

With that said, we need proctors that can be in a room with students and test administrators. The dates that I am needing are May 6th, 8th, 13th and 15th from 8:15 to 2:45 (with the possibility of the time being less). I would have to train all volunteers to be proctors, but this would only be 30 minutes of their time prior to the day that they are proctoring.
