Guardian’s Embrace is seeking a skilled Email Asset Creator to support our outreach campaigns. This volunteer will compile key information related to various initiatives, craft engaging one-page emails, and design visually appealing messages with custom letterheads. These emails will be distributed to repositories ranging from a few thousand to a few million recipients.
Responsibilities:
Gather and organize relevant campaign content.
Develop concise, compelling, and action-driven email copy.
Design one-page email templates with custom letterheads.
Ensure messaging aligns with Guardian’s Embrace’s mission and branding.
Optimize emails for readability and engagement across different platforms.
Collaborate with the team to refine content and distribution strategies.
Qualifications:
Experience in email marketing, copywriting, or digital content creation.
Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar).
Strong attention to detail and ability to distill complex information.
Understanding of email engagement best practices.
Commitment to the mission of Guardian’s Embrace.

Guardian’s Embrace is a faith-driven, non-profit organization committed to protecting, restoring, and advocating for children and families in need. With a global focus, we partner with over 30 organizations to combat human trafficking and provide safe environments for vulnerable children.
