This role involves serving snacks, distributing water and drinks, and providing items such as clothing, hygiene products, and survival supplies to individuals in need. Volunteers in this position are on the front lines of service and will offer both practical support and a kindness to those we serve.
This is a fast-paced role that requires multi-tasking, clear communication, and the ability to remain fair and firm while distributing items. Volunteers should come prepared with a strong sense of compassion and the confidence to help ensure supplies are distributed fairly to everyone.

Caring Matters Industries is a compassionate nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting individuals and families who are facing hunger, homelessness, and emotional hardship. Our mission is simple: to provide nourishment, survival items, and emotional support to those who need it most. Over the past year, we’ve fed more than 1,500 people, distributing meals and essential resources on a weekly basis. In addition to our regular outreach efforts, we organize special events that bring communities together and offer hope to those struggling to make ends meet. Volunteers are at the heart of everything we do. Whether you’re helping distribute food, organizing events, or offering a listening ear, your time and dedication make a direct impact on the lives of those in need.
