We are looking for a highly skilled volunteer who has direct experience with setting up, implementing, and managing Google Ad Grant campaigns for nonprofits. As the Google Ad Grant Manager, you will be responsible for leveraging the Google Ad Grant to increase the visibility of our nonprofit, attract new donors, engage potential program participants, and foster valuable partnerships. Your role will directly impact the growth of our mission and support our long-term goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Google Ad Grant Setup:
Set up Google Ads account and ensure the Google Ad Grant is properly configured.
Conduct keyword research to target relevant audiences for donations, program sign-ups, and partnerships.
Create a structured account with campaigns, ad groups, and targeted ads designed to maximize our mission’s visibility.
Campaign Management & Optimization:
Develop and manage multiple ad campaigns across various categories, including donations, volunteer recruitment, participant sign-ups, and partnerships.
Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure maximum ad performance (including quality score and ad relevance).
Regularly analyze performance data, providing insights on key metrics such as CTR (click-through rate), CPC (cost-per-click), and ROI (return on investment).
Implement strategies to ensure compliance with Google Ad Grant guidelines and policies.
Ad Copywriting & Landing Page Optimization:
Write compelling and clear ad copy that resonates with target audiences and drives engagement.
Collaborate with the team to ensure that landing pages are aligned with Google Ads campaigns and optimized for conversions.
Reporting & Analytics:
Provide weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance.
Use Google Analytics to track conversions and adjust campaigns to increase effectiveness.
Make recommendations for improvements based on data trends and insights.
Collaboration & Training:
Work closely with the team to align Google Ads campaigns with overall nonprofit goals.
Provide training and guidance on Google Ads best practices for internal team members as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience with Google Ad Grant setup and management, preferably with nonprofit organizations.
Strong understanding of Google Ads platform, including keyword research, campaign creation, bid strategies, and reporting.
Experience with Google Analytics to track and analyze ad performance.
Excellent ad copywriting skills with a focus on compelling, action-oriented language.
Ability to effectively manage multiple campaigns and prioritize tasks.
Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
A passion for the mission of supporting neurodivergent individuals and advancing inclusivity in the workplace.
