Spring is here, and that means it’s almost time for our annual Easter EGGspress! This egg-citing event is a beloved tradition, a key fundraiser, and the perfect way to get our season hopping!
We’re looking for volunteers to help make this event a cracking success! Roles include:
Docents - Share your trolley knowledge with guests
Concession Stand - Keep the snacks and smiles coming
Costumed Characters - Bunny, egg, carrot... bring the magic to life!
Kid Activity Table - Help little ones with crafts and games
Event Dates:
Saturday and Sunday April 12, 13
Friday and Saturday April 18, 19

Volunteers ages 15-17 can volunteer at the Museum under the following rule- The minor must be accompanied by a minimum of two volunteers who are age 18 and older. This applies to all tasks and responsibilities

Mission Statement
To provide a historically accurate educational experience of the trolley era, through the interpretation, preservation, restoration and operation of an electric railway.
Description
The Connecticut Trolley Museum operates an authentic tourist recreation of an early 20th Century electric railway. It has 1.5 miles of main line track and several restored antique trolley cars. Visitors can enjoy trolley rides, guided tours, and exhibits. The visitor's center has a gift shop and an exhibition hall. The property also has a restoration shop, car barns, The Connecticut Fire Museum, and a bus museum. The Connecticut Trolley Museum is owned and operated by the non-profit Connecticut Electric Railway Association, Inc.
