WETACOM Tanzania is at a pivotal stage where securing sustainable funding is essential to expand our impact in education, advocacy, and economic empowerment. While we have two dedicated volunteers assisting with grant research and writing, they lack the experience needed to develop competitive proposals and secure funding effectively.

We need an experienced grants expert who can:

✅ Guide and Mentor - Meet with our volunteers regularly to provide strategic direction, review their work, and refine their grant applications to meet donor expectations.

✅ Strengthen Grant Strategy - Identify relevant funding opportunities, create a structured grants calendar, and develop compelling proposals tailored to WETACOM’s mission and programs.

✅ Enhance Funding Success - Improve the quality and competitiveness of our grant applications, increasing our chances of securing long-term funding.

✅ Build Organizational Capacity - Equip our team with the skills and knowledge needed to sustain an effective fundraising pipeline beyond individual grant cycles.

With the right guidance, WETACOM can secure the resources necessary to sustain and expand its initiatives, ensuring long-term impact in the communities we serve. This role is about writing grants and creating a strong foundation for financial sustainability and growth.
