We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a passion for teaching and mentoring aspiring professionals. As a Project Management Mentor, you will guide learners through the fundamentals of managing projects, improving workflows, and preparing for careers in tech project management.
Responsibilities:
- Mentor and support aspiring project managers.
- Provide guidance on project planning, execution, and risk management.
- Share industry insights, best practices, and career advice.
- (Optional but awesome) Lead live discussions, workshops, or Q&A sessions.
What We're Looking For:
- At least 3+ years of experience in project management.
- Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or other project management methodologies.
- Experience with tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or Monday.com.
- Strong understanding of stakeholder communication, risk assessment, and team leadership.
- Familiarity with project documentation and reporting.
