We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer with a passion for teaching and mentoring aspiring designers. As a UI/UX Mentor, you will guide learners through the fundamentals of user interface and experience design, helping them build real-world skills, improve their design thinking, and prepare for careers in the industry.

Responsibilities:

Mentor and support over 10-20 aspiring UI/UX designers.
Provide feedback on design portfolios, wireframes, and prototypes.
Share industry insights, design principles, and best practices.
(Optional but awesome) Lead live design critiques, workshops, or Q&A discussions.

What We're Looking For:

At least 3+ years of UI/UX design experience.
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of design systems, typography, and color theory.
Experience in user research, wireframing, and prototyping.
Familiarity with design accessibility and usability best practices.
