Do you have skills in Full Stack Development? We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with a passion for teaching and mentoring aspiring developers. As a Full Stack Mentor, you will guide learners through the complexities of both front-end and back-end development, helping them build real-world skills, improve their coding practices, and prepare for careers in tech.

Responsibilities:

  • Guide and mentor over 50 aspiring tech professionals in full stack.

  • Provide code reviews, constructive feedback, and technical support.

  • Assist with debugging and troubleshooting issues across front-end and back-end technologies.

  • Share industry insights, career advice, and best coding practices.

  • Help learners improve problem-solving and coding efficiency.

  • (Optional but awesome) Lead live coding sessions, workshops, or Q&A discussions

What We're Looking For:

  • At least 3 years of experience in your field.
  • Good English communication skills
  • Strong experience in front-end technologies (React, Vue, Angular, or similar).
  • Proficiency in back-end development (Node.js, Express, Django, Ruby on Rails, etc.).
  • Experience working with databases (SQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, etc.).
  • Familiarity with version control (Git, GitHub).
  • Strong understanding of APIs, cloud platforms, and deployment strategies.
  • Experience mentoring? Great! No experience? No problem, we’ve got your back.
