Recruiting Organization: Community Nutrition Network and Senior Services Association
Friendly, caring volunteers are urgently needed to deliver nutritious meals to homebound seniors in the south suburban communities of Oak Lawn and Argo (Summit). Meals are picked up at our Hometown location at 8925 South Kostner between 8:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. Monday through Friday. A delivery route usually takes between 1 1/2-2 hours to complete. Volunteers can help one or more days per week, depending on their availability.
Volunteers must be 18 years of age or older with a valid Illinois Driver's License and auto insurance.
