We need a volunteer to summarize our 2024-2025 year in 2-3 pages, including financial graft and a few photos. We need a volunteer to copy off 150 of these newsletters and prepare for mailing. Timeframe : complete writing September 2025 and mail by October 2025.

Mission Statement
Our mission is to help anyone who has had a cancer diagnosis become as healthy as possible through strength training and other physical activity.
Description
We offer free strength training for anyone who has had a cancer diagnosis. We have six specialized trainers in the Metro Area.
We provide eight individual training sessions. There is no expectation that a participant hire a trainer or buy a membership.
We also offer free small group classes and online training.
