Are you a student or someone passionate about Fashion and Design? Would you like to make a positive impact in your community? The Senior Center is organizing a fashion show featuring mature models to celebrate Mother's Day. The theme for this event is Floral and Spring. As a designer, you'll have the opportunity to apply your creative talents while making a senior woman feel like a star for a day. Although this is an unpaid opportunity, a sponsor will cover the design costs (up to $75). Your creation will be displayed at the fashion show on May 9th. In appreciation for your participation, you will receive recognition from the center and possibly a local official.

VIC-Valley InterCommunity Council offers a variety of nutritionally balanced meals to seniors, families, and individuals across the San Fernando Valley through its diverse nutrition programs. Whether it's for those recovering from a hospital stay, homebound individuals, or adults seeking a vibrant social dining experience, there’s something available for everyone. In addition to meal services, VIC also provides transportation, case management, health and wellness activities, and a range of social and recreational events. As our society evolves, we are inspired to find innovative ways to embody our values, adapt to current needs, and enhance the relevance of our services and programs.
