Baby2Baby is a national non-profit organization that provides children living in poverty with diapers, formula, clothing, and the basic necessities that every child deserves, serving more than one million children across all 50 states every year. Over the past 13 years, Baby2Baby has distributed over 450 million items- more than any organization of its kind - to children in homeless shelters, domestic violence programs, foster care agencies, hospitals and school districts as well as children who have lost everything in the wake of disaster. Baby2Baby was recognized as the #1 non-profit on Fast Company’s World’s Most Innovative Companies List and named by TIME Magazine as one of 2023’s most influential companies.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Baby2Baby is seeking a hard-working, mission-driven intern to join our fast-paced office starting this Summer 2025 for 12 weeks for 8-12 hours/week. With a program strategy focus, this intern will have the opportunity to learn from the Directors of Baby2Baby’s Program Department along with our Chief Operations Officer. Reporting to the Director, Program Partnerships & Operations with a dotted line to the Director, Disaster Relief and Strategy, the Intern(s) will gain experience with research projects related to program operations and strategic growth.

This individual will spend their internship hours in person at Baby2Baby’s offices (5830 W. Jefferson Blvd. Los Angeles, CA 90016). This is evolving and subject to change.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Research the nonprofit landscape of the U.S. and potential Baby2Baby partner organizations

Assist with hiring processes to scale current projects

Shadows event preparation and other specialty programming.

Completes special projects as requested.

Undergraduate or graduate degree in progress.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Excellent organizational, administrative and time management skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Strong attention to detail.

Proficient in MS Office (specifically Excel) and the Google Apps suite.
