Making Strides Against Breast Cancer is a noncompetitive 3-5 mile annual fundraising walk organized by the American Cancer Society to support the fight against breast cancer. It brings together survivors, thrivers, caregivers, and supporters to raise awareness and funds for breast cancer research, patient programs, and advocacy efforts. The 2025 walk will be held at The Home Depot Backyard on Saturday, October 4th from 9AM - 12PM.
Every step taken and every dollar raised helps fund:
Breakthrough breast cancer research
Free patient services, including transportation, lodging, and 24/7 support
Advocacy efforts to increase access to care and screenings
