Guardian’s Embrace is seeking a passionate Event Promoter to help increase awareness and attendance for our events, fundraisers, and community outreach activities. This role involves creating promotional strategies to engage our audience, build excitement, and encourage support for our mission to rescue, restore, and empower vulnerable children.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute event promotion strategies across various channels (social media, email, print, etc.).
Collaborate with the event team to ensure promotional materials are aligned with the event goals and Guardian’s Embrace’s mission.
Engage with community leaders, local businesses, and supporters to boost event attendance and participation.
Monitor event success, track attendance, and gather feedback for future events.
Foster relationships with local partners to encourage ongoing support for events and initiatives.
Requirements:
Experience in event promotion, marketing, or public relations.
Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with a wide range of audiences.
Creative thinking and the ability to come up with innovative promotional ideas.
Strong organizational skills to handle event timelines and logistics.
A passion for mission-driven work and the ability to promote events effectively.

Guardian’s Embrace is a faith-driven, non-profit organization committed to protecting, restoring, and advocating for children and families in need. With a global focus, we partner with over 30 organizations to combat human trafficking and provide safe environments for vulnerable children.
