Schedule: Thursday, April 17, 2025 at 3pm-5:30pm
Spring is here and it's time to celebrate! We are hosting a Spring Celebration on Thursday, April 17th at 3pm-5:30pm, and we need your help to make it a success. Our event will be filled with fun activities, food, and entertainment for families and friends to enjoy.
We are having a big Spring Celebration with food, activity and an easter egg hunt for the residents. We need 4-5 volunteers assisting with event set-up, breakdown, serving food, helping to run activities, and regulate an egg hunt. We even need someone to dress up as an Easter Bunny. If you are enthusiastic, friendly, and willing to help, we would love to have you join our team!
As a volunteer, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a wonderful cause and be a part of a fun and exciting event. You will also gain valuable experience and meet new people in the community.

Description
The purpose of the SAHA's Volunteer Program is to improve the quality of living and promote health and well-being for Satellite Housing's residents. Volunteers will help foster community by facilitating activities for the residents, such as exercise groups, art classes, discussion groups, providing health and wellness information, leading or participating in games, assisting with special events, etc. The residents really appreciate the effort that is put forth by the volunteers, and look forward to the weekly interactions.
