Firelight Collective is not just a nonprofit-we are a disruptive force on a divine mission.

We are raising up a generation equipped to break free from modern dependencies and reconnect with faith, land, and purpose. Through immersive training, real-life resources, and radical collaboration, we teach what should never have been forgotten: how to live sustainably, faithfully, and prepared.

Now, we’re recruiting bold, values-driven leaders to join our Board of Directors-people who are ready to shape the next great movement in faith-based self-sufficiency.

We need strategic thinkers, connectors, and visionaries with expertise or lived experience in:

• Grant-writing, fundraising and philanthropy

• Government or public policy

• Faith-based ministry or spiritual leadership

• Legal, finance, or nonprofit operations

• Marketing, media, and storytelling

But most importantly-we’re looking for those who are deeply aligned with our mission and hungry to make an eternal impact.

• Attend 4 virtual board meetings/year

• Actively contribute time, strategy, and/or financial resources

• Help shape our launch and growth strategy

• Serve on a committee aligned with your skills and interests

• Be an ambassador for Firelight Collective in your networks

• Help co-create a national training movement grounded in faith and freedom

• Be part of an innovative, high-integrity startup nonprofit

• Use your gifts to bring people back to God, to the land, and to each other

• Legacy-level impact-eternal returns
