Greater IMPACT Church is an innovative ministry dedicated to reaching people wherever they are. Our mission is:

Connect: Connect with every person that God should lead our way regardless if it is in a physical location, our online worship center, or on one of our social media networks in order to develop a personal relationship with them that will result in spiritual growth through discipleship.

Engage: After we have established a connection we then will Enter into the next stage of our mission which is to engage in both God’s word (The Holy bible), and have meaningful conversations that are centered around God’s word in order to produce spiritual growth and development.

Serve: Through our connection and continuous engagement with others in discussion and the word of God (The Holy Bible) we then enter into a place of service where we can serve the spiritual needs of those who are in need of spiritual counseling and guidance. As we serve others, we hope that through discipleship we can help others be positioned in a place wherenthey can enter into their calling and serve according to the will of God.

Position Overview

The Director of Guest Services plays a critical role in ensuring that every person has a welcoming and meaningful experience at Greater IMPACT Church. This position is ideal for someone passionate about hospitality, engagement, and ministry leadership. As the Director of Guest Services, you will oversee the team responsible for welcoming and connecting with guests, ensuring they feel valued and engaged.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the Guest Services team, including Church Hosts and Greeters.
• Develop and implement strategies to create a warm, engaging, and inclusive online worship experience.
• Train and support volunteers to effectively welcome and interact with attendees.
• Monitor guest engagement during services via chat, ensuring attendees feel seen, heard, and connected.
• Collect and analyze guest feedback to improve the virtual church experience.
• Coordinate follow-ups with first-time guests, providing next steps for deeper involvement.
• Work closely with leadership to enhance online hospitality and engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Passion for ministry and a heart for serving others.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in hospitality, customer service, or church ministry (preferred).
• Ability to manage a team and provide training/support.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with online platforms (Zoom, YouTube, Facebook Live, etc.).
• Reliable internet connection and a functional computer.
• Commitment to consistent attendance and participation in church services.
