Do you have skills as an English Language expert? Well this is for you. We need someone or some persons to mentor our talent pool. Why Engligh? Yes, companies actually care if you can communicate well. Let’s be real, if you can’t express yourself clearly, you won’t get hired
Responsibilities:
Guide and mentor over 50 aspiring tech professionals by building their soft skills in communication.
- Offer constructive feedback and support
Maintain regular communication through emails or whatever works best.
(Optional but awesome) Create mentee training sessions and workshops to sharpen your coaching game.
What We're Looking For:
- At least 3 years of experience in tutoring or teaching English Language.
- Good English communication skills
- A genuine passion to support and help others grow (and some patience too)
- Experience mentoring? Great! No experience? No problem, we’ve got your back.
