Job Description: We are seeking a talented and creative Instructional Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for biblical teachings and a knack for creating engaging online content that fosters deep understanding and practical application. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing interactive Bible study modules that are both educational and inspiring.

Key Responsibilities:
* Design and Develop Online Bible Interactions: Create interactive and engaging Bible study
modules that encourage users to apply biblical principles in their daily lives.
* Content Creation: Develop high-quality instructional materials, including videos, quizzes,
discussion prompts, and other multimedia elements.
* User Engagement: Utilize innovative instructional design techniques to enhance user
engagement & retention.
* Collaboration: Work closely with theologians, educators, and other team members to ensure
content accuracy and relevance.
* Assessment: Design assessments and feedback mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of
the interactions and user application.
* Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends in instructional design and
online education to continuously improve the quality of our offerings.

Qualifications:
* Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Theology, or a
related field. Master's degree preferred.
* Experience: Proven experience in instructional design, preferably in online education or
religious studies.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, 360 Adobe
Captivate and Elucidat), multimedia creation, and learning management systems (LMS).
* Video and Recording Software: Experience with Camtasia, Filmora, and Adobe Premiere Pro.
* Graphic Design Tools: Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva.
* Creativity: Strong creative skills with the ability to design visually appealing and interactive
content.
* Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Passion for Biblical Teachings: Deep understanding and appreciation of biblical principles and
teachings.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
* Learner Engagement: Metrics such as time spent on courses, interaction rates with course
material, and participation in discussions[1].
* Completion Rates: percentage of learners who complete the courses and identification of
drop-off points[1].
* Knowledge Retention: Pre- and post-assessment scores, along with long-term follow-up
quizzes[1].
* User Feedback: Ratings and qualitative feedback from learners on course content and delivery.
* Content Quality: no. of revisions required, adherence to project timelines, & overall satisfaction
of stakeholders.
