Do you have a knack for organizing, engaging, and leading others to make a positive impact?
Little Bit is looking for a temporary volunteer coordinator to help us organize and stand-up a volunteer committee!
As the Volunteer Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in helping us build a strong volunteer network. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are excited to help shape and grow a volunteer program for the ground up!
What you'll do:
- Set up a clear onboarding and offboarding process and materials
- Help recruit, organize, and engage volunteers for our active workstreams
- Establish regular check-ins with volunteers to foster engagement
This is a temporary position to help us get the committee stood up, but with the option to extend into a longer-term volunteer based on interest.

Little Bit is a women-owned nonprofit organization with the goal of encouraging consumers to make more sustainable decisions in their lives. From sharing insights around simple sustainable practices, to suggesting more sustainable brands or products, Little Bit aims to help consumers find their "little bit" to make a difference. Alone, small changes can seem meaningless. Added together, they can drive remarkable results.
