Job seekers referred to our clothing & coaching program are matched with a trained volunteer client coach to assist them with selecting and fitting an interview outfit.
You will help individuals create a positive image and offer guidance on grooming and interview skills.
- Provide guidance and coaching on interview soft skills.
- Assist clients with interview and work attire selection.
- Help maintain client rooms by organizing clothing and accessories.
This position operates out of the CTW office at The Montgomery County Job Center.

Clothes That Work is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping job seekers gain and maintain employment by providing interview and workplace appropriate clothing, confidence-building coaching, and education. This organization is filling a vital niche in workforce development for the Dayton area and has provided services to more than 43,000 men, women and independent teens since it was founded in 1998.
